Veterinary Consent
Veterinary Physiotherapists are required to treat under veterinary permission in accordance with the Veterinary Surgeons Act 1966. If there has not been a direct referral from your vet, we will often contact your veterinary practice to acquire consent prior to your appointment.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the appointment to avoid charges. The client will have to pay half the price of the fee if a cancellation is made under 24 hours prior to your appointment.
Payment
We accept cash payments, and BACS bank transfers as acceptance of payment for treatment. The full cost of treatment is to be paid on the same day.
HCH Veterinary Physiotherapy reserves the right to request prepayment wherever deemed necessary.
HCH Veterinary Physiotherapy reserves the right to refuse treatment to any animal and may wish to refer the client back to their vet where necessary.
By confirming your physiotherapy appointment or lesson you are agreeing to the terms and conditions stated above.
